Limits

Two hundred files and a limit of fifty

One task takes fifty files and a hundred megabytes. Larger work is not forbidden, it is divided.

Try a batchFifty files at a time

The two limits

  • Takes files up to 100 MB and up to 50 files in one task
  • Merges, splits, rotates and reorders pages, and deletes or extracts the ones you pick

Which limit you hit first

With text documents it is the count: fifty light files come nowhere near a hundred megabytes. With scans and photographs it is the size, and you hit it before file twenty.

How to divide

By folders

Split the files into groups before you start, twenty-five per group. That way you do not discover the limit halfway through the upload.

By date or client

A logical split beats a numeric one: one batch per month or per client makes it easy to track what is done and what remains.

Shrink first if needed

A heavy bundle of scans may pass after the size is reduced. That is server-side processing and carries the sixty-minute window.
